CBA, SUN and other capital raisings

A number of companies have recently announced capital raisings with a retail entitlement component. Our strategy with regards to these entitlements is to assess the merits of the offer with respect to the discount offered to the market price, the suitability of the investment for individual portfolios, current and future income needs and any other factors which are reflected in the usual investment decision-making process. Where appropriate we will elect to participate in the capital raising or we will let the offer lapse.
