Esplanade Property Fund (EPF) has recently finalised its de-listing from the Australian Stock Exchange. This action was taken by the managers of EPF in order to rectify the deep discount that had arisen between EPF's net asset value and the stock price.
The investment will operate as usual, but as an unlisted fund, rather than through the ASX. We believe that this offers better value to investors as it more accurately reflects the true value of the investment.
