Employment

Compliance Committee Members

CIP Licensing Limited is based in Rockhampton, our company is a rapidly growing financial services organisation responsible for running two Managed Investment Schemes and over $550 million for individual clients.

The company is reconfiguring its compliance task to base it in Rockhampton. We are looking for two new members of the Compliance Committee. The committee is a statutory requirement, comprising a majority external members. The successful candidates will work in conjunction with our in-house compliance manager.

We are looking for people familiar with compliance processes, either from within the financial sector, or with skills that can be adapted to the finance sector. We are less interested in the "commandant" approach to compliance than in people with the experience and ability to understand existing processes and to modify and improve them. You will be required to read relevant material, attend around five meetings per annum, and make a valid and informed contribution to the overall compliance task.

The roles are important and we want to fill them with candidates who are passionate not only about compliance, but the contribution that well managed compliance systems have to an organisation's success.
