Senior Secretary

Providing secretarial support to all members of the office, the position encompasses a wide range of secretarial and office management duties. Excellent organizational skills, attention to numerical and written detail and expertise in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint are essential requirements. A mature outlook is preferred and job share applicants will be considered.

Portfolio Administrator

As the "hub of the office" you will be responsible for accurately recording client transactions, producing timely and accurate reports, resolving client queries and overseeing day-to-day portfolio banking requirements.

IT Programmer and Networker

This is a core strategic position that requires programming experience in C#, SQL Server, .Net, Cold Fusion and Visual Basic. A results oriented focus and a disciplined approach to development and problem solving are essential. The ability to assist in maintaining a small office network is also required.

Experienced Accountant

This position offers the ability to specialise in administration of self-managed superannuation funds, and to ensure the business meets all statutory reporting requirements. Continued development and maintenance of client reporting systems and overseeing the accuracy of company accounts is core to the role. The ability to manage relationships with external service providers is essential.

Financial Planner (Recruiting)

Working as part of a focused, creative and client driven team, you will be rewarded for delivering excellent results that meet or exceed client needs. We are as interested to hear from experienced practitioners with an existing client base as we are from qualified individuals with the drive to achieve excellence in providing personal financial advice.

Graduates (Recruiting)

Our graduate recruitment program offers the opportunity to work side by side with experienced practitioners, across a range of areas encompassing financial planning, investment research, accounting, portfolio administration, compliance and IT programming. Your degree must incorporate some economics, banking and finance, accounting and statistics, and you must be able to write well. Essential personal characteristics include a genuine interest in financial markets, a strong work ethic and a desire to succeed.
